As a freelance hairdresser, who sometimes works from home (50% of the time) it is great. My clients often ask about it, I do love to boast that they are receiving free hot water. Mid May to mid September (2009) my gas bill only came to £32.50.  I cook with gas (lots of cakes!) and I boosted the hot water from the boiler for only 9 hours during this period, fantastic.
