About Us

We are a team of experienced and qualified Engineers, who have worked together for many years in companies we successfully run together.  In our “other lives”, we provide Design Consultancy to Engineering firms and we design and manufacture a range of machines that make concrete roof tiles. These machines are exported all over the world. The roof tile company was established in 1971 and our Design Consultancy business in 1998.

In common with countless other people, we’ve been harbouring a growing concern in recent times for the impact that our collective way of life is having on the environment on which we depend. Perhaps we are not as bad as some nations but on average in the UK, each of us consumes nearly three times the average “Earthshare” of the planet’s resources. This means that we are using up resources three times faster than the Earth can replace them. Clearly this is not sustainable in the long term and the longer we continue on our present course, the fewer precious resources, habitats and animal species there will be to for subsequent generations to inherit.
